Press release   •   Mar 25, 2019 12:14 GMT

Officers have released CCTV images of two people they'd like to speak to about a knifepoint robbery which took place in Nursling.

Between 10am and 10.35am on Saturday 23 March, two men were seen loitering near the Co-op on Nursling Street before one of the men entered the store and threatened a member of staff with a knife.

The till had been emptied prior to the incident so the offender left empty-handed.

Officers would like to speak to the two people pictured in connection with this investigation.

Do you know them, or did you see them in the area around the time?

District Inspector Chris Taylor said: "Convenience store burglaries and robberies are currently a district priority for Test Valley.

"Our neighbourhood officers from Romsey were first on scene to this incident and we are now looking for your help to identify the two people in these images as we believe they will have information that could help us."
